Hello. On Pirate's behalf, I would like to say thank you for whoever is reading! We have some news to share.
I was unable to continue fostering Pirate, but luckily I got into contact with the wonderful people at Japan Cat Network, a group that dedicates their time to helping kitties in need! My liaison, David, was incredibly helpful in helping me get Pirate vaccinated, and allowing Pirate to stay at the shelter until he an find a home.
Please, if you are looking for an addition to your family, consider fostering or adopting Pirate.
He will be lonely without you!
The work you did was amazing. I also hid 2 cats when I lived in apartament and the owner would spy on me cause he also didn't me to feed the strays. I did it anyway but it's unconfortable to think you can loose your home right?
ReplyDeleteNow I rescued many. I hope he is okay...we already have a male and we're afraid he could fight other boy cause...well it always happened but in the streets, so he has many cat sisters and dog.
I want to say just that what you did really warmed my heart, it makes me happy to know there are good people out there helping animals.
I loved Pirate's blog, and thank you for being his first "mother." His new mom happens to be my daughter, and I have already Skyped with them and have been introduced. He is in loving hands, rest assured!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to here it! I still get questions from friends that ask about Pirate and I was confident that David would leave him with someone who would love him. Now I am doubly sure that he will be loved by his new mom (and also because he in turn is such a sweet and lovable cat). I hope they will be happy together for a long time!
